A Walk Through The Park Is Good For Our Health

Walking Makes Me Happy!!

Walking Makes Me Happy

Fortunately for me, walking, one of my favorite activities is also great exercise. Just 20 – 30 minutes a day:

Improves Your Mood
Is Good For Your Heart
Gives You Energy
Is Good For Your Bones
Helps Manage Your Weight
Is Good For Your Brain
Improves Overall Fitness

If you can, Start Walking Today!! During a recent illness I was unable to go for walks for six months and it was one of the things I missed the most. I’m back to walking now, appreciating that a good walk encourages peace from within and gives us the opportunity to enjoy God’s work. The greenery in the Pacific Northwest are something to behold and walking is the perfect way to experience our beautiful surroundings.

  1. I’m glad you can get back outside for walks. I also just recently started walking after a back injury so I can relate! Enjoy your autumn! 🙂
