If you can, Start Walking Today!! During a recent illness I was unable to go for walks for six months and it was one of the things I missed the most. I’m back to walking now, appreciating that a good walk encourages peace from within and gives us the opportunity to enjoy God’s work. The greenery in the Pacific Northwest are something to behold and walking is the perfect way to experience our beautiful surroundings.
