Seasonal Allergy Relief the Natural Way

I have NEVER experienced allergies during my entire lifetime. BUT this spring I have suffered unbelievably with allergy symptoms. Sneezing, runny nose, itchy watery eyes, and so on.

I am incredibly blessed to live in an area where I have all the conveniences of living in the city, but am surrounded by parks and nature. Along with that comes POLLEN!!

Since I prefer to use a natural approach whenever possible, I began reading about natural ways to help deal with my new predicament. One of the things I learned is there are foods to avoid and foods to enjoy that can help just as much if not more than medications to relieve allergy symptoms. But the most important thing I learned from my study of allergies, is that allergies can be made worse by unmanaged stress. Stress plays a huge part in the immune system.

With the serious medical crisis I experienced this last year I have been under tremendous stress. I realized that the allergy symptoms are a reminder for me to lean on my faith. To remember that my future is greater than I can possibly imagine and to step out and embrace all that God has in store for me.
