In season, organic fresh sweet strawberries make the perfect quick healthy dessert. Top the sliced berries with a generous dollop of non-dairy whipped coconut cream and then sprinkle them with a little aromatic cinnamon.
I enjoy this dessert almost as much as cake and I’ve said many times that I love cake. Just slice about six or so cleaned and hulled fresh beautiful strawberries.

Strawberries are packed with vitamins, fiber, and have high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols. They are also a good source of manganese and potassium. Interestingly enough, strawberries have more vitamin C than an orange.
